Starting with 25th of May 2018, Regulation 2016/679/UE for the protection of personal data will be applied by all members of EU. In this respect, our Agency will handle the personal data of the persons involved in our representation contract, with a view to fulfill its conditions, as well as to fulfill the obligations imposed by the applicable law in respect to legitimate purposes, as fraud prevention, internal reports, under the conditions of the GDPR. We have the obligation to inform you directly, according to art. 12 and 13 of GDPR, regarding personal data protection, that we use those data in order to fulfill and handle the agreed and signed contracts, in order to verify and make reports according to the present legislation, in order to fulfill a legal matter, as Law nr. 65612002 for prevention and sanction for money laundering, as well as measures to prevent terrorism, or other legitimate purposes function of the concluded and sign contractual relationship. We ensure the security standards regarding the protection of personal data, as it is requested in article 32 of the Regulation. So, we apply all technical and operational measures in order to protect the personal data against any accidental or illegal damage, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access and against illegal processing.
